Can I visit the same attraction twice with my London Pass?

You can only visit each attraction included on the London Pass once. Repeat entry is not allowed.

Are all the passes for consecutive days?

Yes, all London Passes are to be used on consecutive days - NOT 24 hours. For example, if you have a 3 day London Pass and start using it on a Tuesday, it will be valid for that day. Wednesday and Thursday.

Note: if you start using your London Pass in the evening or late in the day that will count as your first day.

Are the attractions accessible all year round?

The majority of attractions included on The London Pass are open all year round with just a few days of closure, usually around Christmas. To see the opening hours and dates for each attraction, refer to your London Pass guidebook.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

No. Your pass includes one visit per attraction.

Do I need to choose my attractions in advance?

No, you can choose as you go! The pass is valid for any combination of the number of attractions you purchase and is valid for 30 days from first activation.

How do I activate my pass?

Your pass will activate upon first entry and first scan at your first attraction.

Is the pass valid all day?

Yes. You can visit the attractions any time of the day depending on their individual opening hours. Please check the individual attraction pages to check opening times ahead of your visit.

What happens if I change the date of my trip to London? How long is the pass valid for?

Your London Explorer Pass (as well as your email confirmation voucher if you plan to collect your order in London) is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, it will expire.
