When is the best time to go whale watching?

March through November is great for whale watching. Time of days makes no difference in whale sightings or activity; it’s a matter of convenience for you.

How long is the whale watch?

Please allow up to 3 hours. Sometimes they go extend a little beyond 3 hours depending on the location of the whales.

What should I bring with me on the whale watch?

We recommend wearing comfortable rubber-soled shoes or sneakers and bringing along a light sweater or jacket, even on a warm day. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat are a must, and don’t forget your camera or binoculars.
