Hancock Observatory has a new name - 360 Chicago - and a new way to experience Chicago. This observation deck is 94 floors in the sky above Michigan Avenue with breathtaking views and interactive experiences!

Can I get a refund if there is bad weather or low visibility?

No, we do not offer refunds for visibility changes or weather conditions. These tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final and subject to our Terms & Conditions. 

Do my tickets expire?

Yes, tickets expire 3 months after date of purchase

Can I use a digital ticket on my mobile device?

Yes, a digital ticket is considered valid on a mobile device.

Is Tilt included in the ticket price?

No, it is not. An additional ticket(s) must be purchased in order to get access to Tilt and it is $7 for adults and $5 for children. Please note that we currently do not sell tickets to Tilt itself as they must be purchased in person at 360 Chicago.

How long can I stay at 360 Chicago?

For as long as you want between the hours of 9AM and 11PM CST.

Can I get a refund if the visibility or weather is poor?

No, tickets are not refundable if there is poor visilbility or inclement weather.

How long is the wait time?

It depends on the day you visit. Not usually long at all, but on a weekend or holiday it will be longer. Anywhere from 10-45 minutes.
